I’m Nikki, founder of Terra Design & Build. With over 8 years of experience in construction and design, I founded Terra because I never found a company that offered the level of care, communication, organization, and personal attention I would want for my own home (the kind of experience I believe every homeowner deserves).
I believe a great project is about more than the finished space. It’s about feeling heard, informed, and excited throughout the process. I stay personally involved in every project (from the first walkthrough to the final coat of paint), bringing structure, clear communication, and attention to detail to each step while treating every client with the same care, respect, and fairness I would expect myself.
I’m fortunate to do what I love, and nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients become as excited about their project as I am (there’s nothing quite like watching a vision come to life).

Design & Planning
Once you’re ready to move forward, our team works closely with you to develop the design and plans around your ideas and budget.
Permitting
We prepare a complete set of construction plans and secure all required city permits in-house, based on the approved design and scope.
Construction
We manage and execute the project from start to finish, keeping you informed and up to date every step of the way.
Final Walkthrough
Once the project is complete, we host a final walkthrough together to review the work and make sure everything meets your standards.
